safety first

AI-powered safety management for safety experts and companies.

Pacific is the first AI-native workplace-safety platform built by Sov for Italian RSPP consultants, HSE managers and employers, covering DLgs 81/08 compliance and DVR analysis.

We help RSPP consultants, HSE managers, and employers collaborate better while reducing manual checks and review time.

Pacific is purpose-built for Italian workplace-safety law (DLgs 81/08, the Italian Workplace Safety Code). We map your DVR (Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi, the mandatory risk-assessment document), check ATECO 2025 sector obligations and produce inspection-ready gap analyses traceable to article-level sources.

Who Pacific is designed for

Safety professionals and companies that manage compliance every day.

Companies and employers

For teams that need to maintain compliance while coordinating people, documents, and deadlines.

  • See compliance status instantly by area and role
  • Identify critical issues without manual reconstruction
  • Align consultants, HR, and operations in one workflow

Workplace safety is a requirement that is getting harder to manage.

Regulations change constantly

Italian safety regulations are complex and evolve continuously, making updates and controls harder to keep aligned.

Information is fragmented

Teams often work with scattered files, manual deadline tracking, and versions that are not aligned across stakeholders.

Compliance remains exposed

Time is consumed by searching instead of execution, increasing operational risk over time.

The current situation in Italy

Workplace safety enforcement is intensifying.

Many irregularities stem not from negligence, but from formal gaps: outdated DVRs, unwritten procedures, untracked deadlines. Even diligent companies can face sanctions over issues that regulatory complexity makes hard to manage.

Pacific helps you stay on top of these issues.

When multiple non-compliances are present, sanction exposure grows cumulatively. Amounts are indicative and must be validated on each specific case.

In an increasingly complex regulatory context, Pacific helps companies and consultants operate with stronger control.

Frequently asked questions

What teams ask us before booking a demo.

What is Pacific?

Pacific is an AI-native workplace-safety platform built by Sov for Italian RSPP consultants, HSE managers and employers. It reads your DVR, training records, medical visits and PPE registers, then answers safety questions with sources traced to DLgs 81/08 and your own documents.

What is a DVR (Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi)?

A DVR is the mandatory workplace risk-assessment document every Italian employer must produce under DLgs 81/08. It maps hazards, exposed workers and prevention measures by task and department and must be kept up to date.

Does Pacific replace an RSPP consultant?

No. Pacific is a tool that performs the operational work the RSPP directs: extracting data, checking compliance, drafting documents and flagging deadlines, so consultants cover more clients with far less manual effort.

How does Pacific prevent AI hallucinations?

Pacific uses vertical, source-grounded retrieval: every answer crosses current regulation with your uploaded documents and links back to the exact source. If the information does not exist in your data or the law, Pacific says so instead of inventing it.

Is Pacific GDPR compliant?

Yes. Pacific is built for GDPR, with an ISO 27001 program in progress and legal oversight from the Panetta law firm; full details are on the privacy page.

What integrations does Pacific support?

Today Pacific ingests your existing files directly: Excel, PDF and images, with agentic import that recognises the content and reconciles it with your data. ERP, document-storage and SSO integrations plus a public API are on the roadmap.

How much does Pacific cost?

Pacific is a per-user SaaS subscription with an optional one-time Setup for consultants and companies with large document archives. Pricing scales with team size and document volume and is confirmed during onboarding; request a demo to get a quote.

Who is Pacific built for?

Pacific is built for Italian RSPP consultants, HSE managers and employers who must comply with DLgs 81/08. It fits single SMEs, multi-site groups and consultancies managing safety across many client companies.
